Yarmouth (1959) as fitted after refit

A 2¾ x 2¼ film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the South-West Wall in Portsmouth Dockyard. Inside the Marine Engineer's cabin on the starboard side of 1 deck between 30 and 32 stations. The photographer is looking forward and to starboard from near the door. A settee berth is against the starboard side with a scuttle above it. To the right of the scuttle is a Thermotank ventilation unit. A wash basin is on the left and the officer's desk and chair are in the foreground. On the forward bulkhead is a radiator and an access doorway into the fan compartment.
