Yarmouth (1959) as fitted after refit
A 2¾ x 2¼ film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the South-West Wall in Portsmouth Dockyard. The photographer is on the port side of 1 deck looking to starboard and forward into the beef screen between 42 and 43 stations. The screen door is open showing shelving fitted to the forward side of the store and a bucket, pans and boxes are on the shelves. A meat cleaver and a clipboard are hanging from the retaining bolts of the upper screen. A spring balance is hooked over a deckhead beam and the butcher's block is on the right. A vertical format image.
