A 2¼ square roll film negative. A group of six unidentified guests gathered in the East Yard of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank for the naming and launching of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959). The group consists of a woman wearing a fur coat, a man with spectacles wearing an overcoat and bowler hat, a woman wearing a short fur coat and holding an umbrella, a man in an overcoat and homburg hat and two men in overcoats and bowler hats. They are in front of the erecting shop at the head of the fitting out basin.
