Yarmouth (1959) being launched.

A 4¼x3¼ glass plate negative. A distant port bow view, taken from a crane at the head of the berth fine off the bow, of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) going down the ways of her building berth in the East Yard of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. She is not using drag chains to slow her progress. The ship has just been named by Mrs Maureen Catherine Allan. Under construction on the adjoining berth is the cargo liner Clan Macindoe (1959), yard number 712. A vertical format negative.
