A 3¼x4¼ glass plate negative. A starboard broadside view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) under tow in the River Clyde after her launch from the building berth in the East Yard of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The stern of the motor tug Flying Duck (1956) is on the left and she is acting as steerage tug while the Flying Drake (1957), which is out of the picture, is towing the ship towards the fitting out basin.
