Yarmouth (1959) electronic fittings.
A half plate glass negative. A close view of a 'switch for electronic gear' for the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The unit is seen from the rear and has been photographed in studio conditions with no background. The unit has five circular components with spindles on the face plate and one of the components is only half the size of the other four. Each full size component has screw connectors for wires and the connections are labelled A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1 and D2. The half size component has only two connectors labelled 1 and 2.
