Yarmouth (1959) in the fitting out basin.
A 2¼ square roll film negative. Looking down on the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) from above the port quarter, high on the 150 ton cantilever crane alongside the west side of the fitting out basin of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking almost directly down on the upper deck amidships. The funnel and bulkheads for the torpedo maintenance room and boiler downtake have been fitted. Everything forward of the funnel at station 41 and aft of station 62 is out of the picture.
