Yarmouth (1959) in the fitting out basin.

A 3½x4¾ glass plate negative. Looking down on the afterpart of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) from high on a crane alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking to starboard and aft from above the port bow. The Mark 6M director behind the bridge is trained aft. Many of the radar and radio aerials and antennae are installed but the torpedo tubes, oerlikons, signal lamps and other fittings are not yet in place. Everything forward of station 13 is out of the picture.
