Yarmouth (1959) in the fitting out basin.

A 4¾x3½ glass plate negative. Looking down on the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) from high on the 150 ton cantilever crane alongside the west side of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking forward and to starboard from above the port quarter. The single Mark 7 40mm bofors gun is being lowered into position by a crane. The stern aft of 63 station is out of the picture. The tanker Derby (1960) can just be seen in the top right of the photograph alongside the east side of the basin. A vertical format image.
