A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is on the quayside very close alongside the forecastle looking forward and to starboard showing the forward breakwater, steam capstan and anchor chains. The four cable reels abaft the forward breakwater have canvas covers. The two fan supply ducts on the port side abaft the breakwater are open and one of the two fan exhaust ducts on the starboard side is open. A John Kelly Ltd coaster is proceeding downstream in the background.
