A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking aft along the port side of 01 deck from on top of the bridge. The TAS sight, azimuth repeater, 10 inch signalling projector and the 2 inch rocket flare launcher on the bridge wing are covered. In the foreground the two air lookout sights are covered. On the left is the support for the Mark 6M director. At 1 deck level are the 25 feet motor cutter in its davits and the fixed torpedo tubes. On the right the tanker Derby (1960), yard number 706, is in the basin and the tanker Kent (1960), yard number 708, is on her building berth.
