A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking aft on the port side of 1 deck from abaft the motor cutter, showing the twin trainable toprpedo tubes and the substantial but temporary structure on deck to support the end of the brow. A display board giving details of the ship is standing at the head of the brow. On the superstructure on the left is the ship's honours board and name board. six crew members are deep in discussion near the brow. 3 large cartons of British Egg Marketing Board home produced eggs and 4 large cartons of Milanda bread are on the deck waiting to be stowed below.
