A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the torpedo pistol and maintenance room on 1 deck between 46 and 47½ stations on the centreline looking to port. On the right is the port boiler room vent and storage racks for the nose spanner and nose homing units. Beyond the boiler room vent on the port bulkhead are two detonator lockers under a storage rack for torpedo chocks. On the left are storage racks for pedestal legs and the work bench with a Woden three inch vice on the end.
