A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the transmitting station annexe on the starboard side of 2 deck between 28½ and 31 stations. The photographer is looking forward and to port from the starboard aft corner. On the left is a wooden work desk with the G.R.U. stabilizer on its flexible mountings beyond it. To the left of the door in the background is the gyro air supply unit. On the right is a radar spares cabinet and the 16 inch axial flow exhaust fan trunking for the flyplane predictor.
