Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion.

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the transmitting station annexe on the starboard side of 2 deck between 28½ and 31 stations. The photographer is looking to port from the starboard forward side of the compartment. On the right is the door leading into the transmitting station and, at low level, a control panel, resistance box, over transformer and potentiometer panel. Above these are fuse panels. On the left are four of the six sections of the flyplane predictor Mk 5. On the inboard bulkhead is the modulating and rectifying unit on the left with the wave meter at high level to the right. A vertical format negative.
