A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the ordnance records office on the port side of 2 deck between 34 and 35½ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard from the port side. On the left is a steel shelf tray, a table, a distribution panel, a telephone and a cupboard. A key cabinet and a small cupboard are to the left of the doorway. This compartment is shown as U.C.S. F2 Amplifier Compartment on an Admiralty plan in the NMM collection with the number NPD1567, John Brown & Co Ltd plan number B43424 and Admiralty Curator number 886745/2.
