Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion.
A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the servery on 2 deck between 44 and 46½ stations. The photographer is looking forward and to starboard showing the archway leading into the preparing space. On the right is stainless steel worktop with shelves under. On the left is the end on the bain marie counter with sliding doors to the front of it. By the forward bulkhead is a stainless steel workbench with cupboards under, a plate slide just over it and plate racks above. On the end of the workbench is an Hobart slicing machine.
