In the preparing space on the starboard side of 2 deck between 41 and 46¼ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard from the archway leading into the servery. On the left is a covered sink with a potato peeling machine on the end. In the right foreground is an Hobart mixing and mincing machine. Beyond it is a worktop with cereal bins and a cool cupboard under it. In the corner is a full height Hallmark cool cupboard.
