Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion.
A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the CPOs mess on the starboard side of 2 deck between 56½ and 61½ stations. The photographer is looking aft from near the forward end. On the left are settee bunk units and the nearest unit has the bunk fixed in the sleeping position. On the right are two three tier bunk units and four kit lockers. The nearest bunk unit is in the stowed position and the furthest one is in the sleeping position.
