A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the main passage on 2 deck at station 51 looking forward and slightly to port. On the left is the engineroom access hatch with a power panel, emergency connection box, emergency lamp, power panels and a tannoy on the bulkheads. The watertight door at 49 station is in the centre with fire fighting equipment to the right of it. On the extreme right is the sliding door to the U.C.S. F1 amplifier compartment. Fixed to the side of the engineroom supply vent is a chart giving 'colours and markings for piping and gearing in H.M. ships (not submarines)' and fixed to the front is a coil of armoured electrical cable.
