A starboard side view of the German passenger liner Cap Arcona (1927) at anchor in an unknown port.
A starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of the German passenger liner Cap Arcona (1927) at anchor at an unknown location. An accommodation ladder is rigged to the midship shell doors and there are several steam tenders alongside. One of her forecastle derricks is swung outboard and she appears to be working passenger baggage and/or cargo at the forward hatches. A large fortress or similar type of building is on the hilltop in the background.
