A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the main passage on 2 deck at station 34 looking forward. On the left is a cable stowage space, sliding door to the main signal office, cable stowage and emergency connection boxes. On the starboard side is the door to the bridge wireless office, hatch down to 3 deck, door to the switchboard, a transformer and stairs leading up to 1 deck. The watertight door at 30½ station is closed. A portable plate over the hull and fire pump on 3 deck is in the centre of the deck in the foreground.
