A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the main passage on 2 deck at station 26 looking to starboard and forward. On the right is the door into the transmitting office. On the outboard side of the starboard aft gunbay passage are fire extinguishing equipment, salvage equipment in a wire mesh cage and two damage control lockers with turret spares lockers above and to the left. The wire mesh cage is shown as the engineer's regulating office on an Admiralty plan in the NMM collection with the number NPD1567, John Brown & Co Ltd plan number B43424 and Admiralty Curator number 886745/2. On the side of the gunbay are cable stowage racks, a fuse board, a portable transformer and a large transformer.
