A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the boiler room on 4 deck between 39¾ and 49 stations. The photographer is looking forward and to starboard at the two control consoles. The port boiler console is on the left with the starboard console on the right. the clock between the consoles is reading 12.06. The stairs up to the fuel oil filters maintenance platform are on the right. A Megator pump and the forward starboard evaporator are in the background.
