A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the naval store on 4 deck between 12½ and 15½ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard from the port side at the forward end of the compartment. The compartment is fitted out with steel storage racks with lift off wooden guard rails. A small stool is between the racks. A vertical format negative.
