A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Blackwood class type 14 frigate Hardy (1953) at Gibraltar. In the main communications office between stations 22½ and 27½ on the port side of 1 deck. The photographer is looking to port from the forward end of the compartment at low level showing three Power Equipment Company Powquip teleprinters. Spare printer rolls are stored underneath the middle (number 3) teleprinter and a safe is under teleprinter number 4.
