Hardy (1953). Inside the operations room.
A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Blackwood class type 14 frigate Hardy (1953) at Gibraltar. In the operations room between stations 19¾ and 22½ on 1 deck. The photographer is looking aft on the port side in the corner of the room at eye level showing a Power Equipment Company Powquip teleprinter numbered 5 at a work station. A microphone is on the desk top and a book rack on the left contains copies of various pilot manuals.
