The photographer is looking to starboard from the port side of the room at eye level. Two wooden cupboards, the type 978 radar cabinet with a radiator fitted to it at deck level and the chart table with drawers and cupboards under are on the right. Ahead on the starboard side of the room is the door to the A.S.P. compartment. On the door is a clock which reads 10.02. The large piece of equipment on the left is the starboard Admiralty Research Laboratory plotting table.
