A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. In the conversion machinery room on the starboard side of 4 deck between 45 and 48 stations. The photographer is looking forward from alongside the port bulkhead showing a large motor generator in the foreground and two steel lockers on the forward bulkhead. On the bulkhead on the left are two voltage regulators at low level with an excitation unit and a starter above them. Shelving is on the right.
