A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. In the regulating office on the port side of 2 deck between 55 and 56 stations. The photographer is looking towards the closed door from the port side showing a cupboard and drawer unit in the right foreground with two desks, each with a nest of drawers under. A large number of pigeon holes are on the bulkhead above the desks. On the left is a double bunk unit with drawers under. The photograph was taken prior to 9 May 1972. A vertical format negative.
