A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. In the P.Os mess on the starboard side of 2 deck between 56 and 61½ stations. The photographer is looking aft from just inside the door showing kit lockers and a bunk unit. A radiator and a fan ventilation unit are on the aft bulkhead. The photograph was taken prior to 9 May 1972. A vertical format negative.
