A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. In the sick bay on 2 deck between 59 and 61½ stations. The photographer is looking aft and to port from the bathroom doorway showing a refrigerator with cupboard over on the right of the door. Medicine cupboards are beyond the frame of the cot on the left. The surgeon's double pedestal desk and tubular steel folding chair are against the aft bulkhead and glass fronted cupboards are above. The photograph was taken prior to 9 May 1972.
