A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. In the shipwrights' shop on 01 deck between 48½ and 50 stations, just to starboard of the centreline. The photographer is looking to port showing the end of a workbench with a nest of metal stowage trays above. A range of tools are on the bench including a hand wheel drill and a brace and bit drill. A two door wooden cupboard is on the inner bulkhead. The photograph was taken prior to 9 May 1972.
