A 35mm roll film negative. On board the commando carrier Hermes (1953) in Devonport Dockyard in June 1973 towards the end of her conversion from a fixed wing aircraft carrier to a commando carrier. She recommissioned after conversion on 18 August 1973. The photographer is in the wardroom galley and preparation space on 2 deck between 207 and 224 stations. He is looking to starboard in the aft end of the preparation space showing stainless steel benches with drawers and shelves under and shelves above. A large number of pots and pans of all sizes are stored in this area. The photographer has allocated the number 11 to this location.
