A 35mm roll film negative. On board the commando carrier Hermes (1953) in Devonport Dockyard in June 1973 towards the end of her conversion from a fixed wing aircraft carrier to a commando carrier. She recommissioned after conversion on 18 August 1973. The photographer is in the bridge on 01 deck looking to port side showing a range of communications equipment including two microphones. A flag address panel is on the port bulkhead. The landing platform dock Fearless (1963) can be seen through the windows undergoing a refit in the dockyard.
