A 35mm roll film negative. Everything forward of the foremast is out of the picture. Abaft the ship's R12 pendant number on the side of the superstructure is the Royal Marines Commando Combined Operations badge. The landing platform dock Fearless (1963) is undergoing a refit in Prince of Wales No. 5 Basin in the background.
