A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the crew's mess on the starboard side of 2 deck between 41 and 42½ stations looking forward and to port from the starboard side showing a table, a chair, a spitoon and a stack of kit lockers. On a notice board fixed to the end of the kit lockers is a daily orders sheet and an Easter card. A mess fanny and an electric iron are on the deck and a tea cupboard and bookshelf are on the right. A vertical format negative.
