On board the Cunard Line passenger liner and cruise ship Caronia (1905).
On board the Cunard Line passenger liner and cruise ship Caronia (1905). The photographer is on the starboard side of the forecastle looking aft showing the face of the superstructure and the forefunnel. A large number of passengers are lining the rails of the three passenger decks looking forward and two of the ship's officers are on the starboard bridge wing. The ship is probably in a Norwegian fjord because a mountain with patches of snow and a waterfall can be seen in the background. The Caronia made just one cruise to Norwegian waters and that was in 1931. A vertical format negative.
