A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the crew's mess on the starboard side of 2 deck between 56 and 58½ stations looking aft and to port showing kit lockers and a sliding door wardrobe. On the backs of the kit lockers are an automatic emergency lantern, four rows of coat hooks and a notice board. A towel marked J Charley is hanging on one of the lockers. A double tier bunk unit is above kit lockers against the aft bulkhead. The door to the mess is on the right. A vertical format negative.
