A slightly distant port bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger liner and cruise ship Chusan (1950) under way in an unknown location. She is flying the pilot flag and has her original funnel which was given a Thornycroft type cap in early 1952. The horizon is not level. Negatives numbers P83511 and P83515 were taken on the same occasion. The negative is showing the early signs of reticulation.
