A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the charthouse between 43½ and 44½ stations to port of the centre line on 01 deck. The photographer is looking aft and to port showing the entrance door to the navigating officer's cabin (labelled navigational officers cabin) on the left with a locker and a notice board next to it. On the port bulkhead are electrical boxes relating to echo sounding. A vertical format negative.
