A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the shipwright's store between 48 and 50 stations to starboard of the centre line on 01 deck. The photographer is looking to port from the doorway showing a workbench with drawers under and shelves above on the aft bulkhead. A vice is fitted to the bench. On the port bulkhead are shelves with boxes on them, a pair of steel lockers and a large T square. More shelves and another bench equipped with a large vice are on the forward bulkhead. Two long frame clamps are hanging from the deckhead. A vertical format negative.
