A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the diesel generator compartment between 61 and 65½ stations on 1 deck. The photographer is looking to starboard from the aft end of the port side of the compartment. An automatic emergency lantern is on the right and a fire extinguisher is on the bulkhead of the quartermaster's lobby. A vertical format negative.
