A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the diesel generator compartment between 61 and 65½ stations on 1 deck. The photographer is looking to starboard from the aft end of the starboard side of the compartment showing the end of the 750 KW generator on the left. The door to the compartment is on the right and an inductor alternator is on the starboard bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
