A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the crew's mess between 67 and 73 stations on 3 deck looking aft and to port from the port side at 70 station. A settee bench and a table and chair comprise the lounge area of the mess. A loudspeaker and an automatic emergency lantern are on the aft bulkhead. A Tennants lager beer calendar is showing April 1972. A triple tier bunk unit is against the ship's port side on the right. An emergency escape hatch with a rolled up rope ladder is in the port aft corner of the deckhead.
