A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the crew's mess between 67 and 73 stations on 3 deck looking forward from the middle of the port side at 72 station showing two triple tier bunk units on the leftt. A folding table is in the centre foreground with cups, tins of evaporated milk and an Escort magazine on it. On the right is a mess tea locker holding cups, evaporated milk, tea bags, pots and a cloth. A rack of cups is above the tea locker. The back of a row of kit lockers has coats hanging on it and more coats are hanging on the screen abaft the stairway leading up to 2 deck. A vertical format negative.
