In the operations room between 41½ and 45½ stations on 1 deck. The photographer is looking to port from the centre of the room at 44 station showing the door into the port side lobby. A plot is in the left foreground with a teleprinter and an aircraft state board next to it. A discarded Bounty wrapper is on the plot. Another plotting table is in the background.
