A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the operations room between 41½ and 45½ stations on 1 deck. The photographer is looking to port from the centre of the room at 43 station showing the open door to the port lobby on the left with a fire extinguisher mounted next to it and combination safe number 12 above it. The ventilation cooler space is on the far side of the lobby. The radar console is in the centre with a threat radars spot numbers board above it. The gunnery control panel is on the right with combination safe number 13 at deck level. A vertical format negative.
