A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the main communication office between 41 and 45 stations on the port side of 2 deck. The photographer is looking to starboard and aft from the port side of the office at 43 station showing work stations with a duplicator, a 3M machine and a telephone switchboard. A double cupboard is at high level. Pigoen holes and a combination safe numbered 24 are on the screen wall. In the background on the aft bulkhead is a maintenance bay with a teleprinter on it.
