A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the engineers and ordnance workshop between 61½ and 64 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck. The photographer is looking forward from just inside the door on the port side of the compartment. An automatic emergency lantern, waste sacks, coat hooks and pigeon holes are on the left. Multi-door lockers, shelves and a tannoy are on the forward bulkhead. A large multi-purpose lathe, drill and grinder is on the right in the centre of the workshop. A vertical format negative.
